Coaching and teaching for over 10 years, Leah Orleans has toured the world instructing all ages in fitness, flexibility, and performance. A certified yoga teacher, producer and entertainer, Leah understands how to keep students mentally engaged and smiling as she trains bodies and minds for progress.

Module content will be informative, entertaining, and instruct participants to push their limits- in just the right ways- to access the opportunities they know are possible and doubt are reachable.

How many hours per week will this take?


We're estimating a 4 hour per-week commitment, between the group and private video chats, module content, homework, and workouts. 

I'm not "a fitness person". Is this for me?

This program is about your motivation, taught through the lens of forming a fitness habit.
The LIVE fitness classes are optional, and there is no pressure to work-out (unless you want it) during these transformative 4 weeks. 

I liked the 19 Day Challenge, will I like this?

YES! It's two sides of the same coin. Daily Check-ins are offered, and workouts encouraged.
It all comes down to accountability. But with the Motivation Makeover, we dive deeper into your psychology as well.
