No! Everyone's calendar is different and that's what makes the program so effective! You can tell me how many rest days/week you want.
Often my students have a weekly exercise class or habit like running, or rock climbing, and I make sure to work that into their calendar and schedule ABC workouts around those activities.
Some students have 3 or 4 rest days/ week and others prefer to exercise a little bit every day!
