1) Workout to at least one episode of The ABCs of Fitness every day of the challenge
2) Complete one Daily Check-In per day.
3) Those who complete workouts and Daily Check-ins 19 days in a row will be offered a reward!
4) If you skip, or miss any Check-in day, you forfeit your opportunity for a reward
5) If, by some horrible twist of fate, you happen to test positive for COVID-19 during the challenge, you get a full refund, and our deepest sympathies.
The workouts can be done one per day, or combined into one 30 minute workout, or rearranged to your liking. Some people have a favorite, or combine two out of the three.
Also, if you would like to play to your own music during your workout, select the "NoMusic" files for versions of the program
The rules/expectations of the challenge include doing at least one of the workouts every day- the LEAST amount of work you can do to Check-In that day is 10 minutes of active flexibility, often used as a "rest day" stretch.
Some people use this challenge to push themselves hard to change their bodies and try to do all A, B, and C every day, for maximum results, and some people just do A, or a combination that works for them, like BCA or ABBA.
Yes, The ABCs of Fitness program is the core element of the challenge, but we are adding bonus exercises, challenges, and personal tips daily. Also, because of the consistency, you can track progress, and increase your intensity as you get stronger.
